    • You will be coached on the most effective angles for your body and face and learn which ones to avoid.

    • You will understand how to use your ‘best side’ and the techniques of body language when standing and talking.

    • I prefer to work on a one-to-one basis with my clients, as the sessions are in-depth and personal.

    • However I can accommodate up to 4 people in a group. This creates a more dynamic, interactive flow. We cover poses, positioning, body language and role play for a camera or video set up.
